The first online consultation is a mandatory step before traveling to the clinic for treatment.
Its purpose is to get to know the patient, conduct an initial assessment, and determine the appropriateness and format of the treatment program.
The consultation is conducted by Dr. Kavirajan. During the session, the doctor:
Reviews your medical history
Asks detailed questions about symptoms and lifestyle
Explains how treatment at the clinic is organized
Provides information about accommodation
Answers all your questions
The cost of the consultation is deducted from the total treatment fee if you proceed with therapy at the clinic.
What to Prepare for the Online Consultation
For an initial assessment, it is important to provide up-to-date medical information:
Recent blood test results
(for acute conditions — current results; for chronic conditions — results from the last 3–6 months; older reports may be requested if needed)
Results of instrumental examinations (ultrasound, MRI, CT — if available)
A list of all medications and supplements you are currently taking (Ayurvedic and conventional)
Information about past illnesses, injuries, surgeries, and any allergies
Depending on the patient's condition, additional tests may be recommended to clarify the diagnosis
Diagnostic Process During Consultation
During the consultation, the doctor will ask detailed questions about
How long the problem has been present
Which factors worsen or relieve symptoms
Digestion, appetite, bowel movements, and sleep
Energy levels and overall well-being
This allows the doctor to build a comprehensive clinical picture of the patient’s condition
Why an Online Consultation Is Necessary
The online consultation is conducted to understand the patient’s condition and establish an accurate diagnosis.
The clinic follows the SBEBA (Science-Based Evidence-Based Ayurveda) approach, which is based on clear diagnostic principles, including the
so-called “triad of evidence”
used to reach a precise diagnosis.
In addition to standard medical data (vital signs, medical history, complaints), Ayurvedic diagnostics goes much deeper,
taking into account the levels of doshas, dushya, and dhatu.
This is not a basic check-up, but a detailed diagnostic process that allows us to understand the patient in depth,
accurately identify the root cause of the condition, and design a personalized treatment plan with the best possible outcomes.
