Privacy Policy

1. Who handles enquiries

The website https://sattvanatura.com/ represents Sattva Natura Ayurveda Hospital.

The owner and person responsible for handling enquiries submitted through the website is Kavirajan Bhasurangan Lalithakumari.

Address: Makayiram, TC 63/1079 Harbour Road, Avaduthura Temple Rd, near Light House Beach, Vizhinjam, Kovalam, Kerala 695527, India.

For questions about the processing of personal data, you can contact the doctor directly at sattva.naturaayurveda@gmail.com.

2. Information submitted through the website

When submitting an enquiry, you provide your first name, last name, email address and message. Any additional information you include in your message is also submitted with your enquiry.

The website allows visitors to submit enquiries. Visitor registration, public comments and visitor file uploads are not provided.

For an initial enquiry, your contact details and a brief description of your request are sufficient. Please do not send passport details, examination results or detailed medical information through the form. Please arrange a suitable way to share any necessary medical information directly with the doctor.

3. How the information is used

Information submitted through the form is used to review your enquiry, answer your questions, arrange a preliminary online consultation and communicate with you about your request.

Enquiries are handled personally by Dr Kavirajan Bhasurangan Lalithakumari.

4. Website operation and email delivery

Enquiries are processed through a WPForms form on the WordPress website and sent to the doctor’s email address: sattva.naturaayurveda@gmail.com.

Hostinger’s infrastructure supports the operation of the website and the technical delivery of emails. The website uses the SureMail plugin and a separate mailbox, website@sattvanatura.com, to send messages. The doctor receives enquiries and manages correspondence through Google’s Gmail service.

When an enquiry is submitted, its contents pass through the systems that operate the website and deliver email. Visitors do not need to grant the website access to their Google accounts.

Information about how these providers process data is available in their privacy policies:

4.1. External services and cookies

The website provides a Google Maps map showing the hospital’s location. The map loads only after the visitor clicks “Show map”. After the click, the visitor’s browser connects to Google’s servers. Google may receive the visitor’s IP address, browser and device information, and other technical data in accordance with its privacy policy.

Fonts used for the website’s main design are hosted on the website’s server and loaded from sattvanatura.com.

The website uses Polylang’s pll_language cookie to remember the selected language. This cookie lasts approximately one year, and its expiry may be renewed on subsequent visits.

Hostinger CDN infrastructure uses technical cookies to support website operation and security, including remembering the result of browser verification. A website check also identified a cookie named hcdn, which the browser classified as a session cookie. The retention of session cookies depends on browser settings, including session restoration.

You can manage and delete stored cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how your language preference is remembered and how some website features work.

For more information about Google’s data processing, see https://policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Retention periods

There is currently no fixed retention period or automatic deletion schedule for enquiries and correspondence in the doctor’s mailbox. Correspondence may therefore be retained indefinitely unless a separate decision is made to delete it.

SureMail’s outgoing email log is enabled. Log entries are configured to be deleted automatically after 30 days. Deleting these log entries does not delete messages from Gmail.

Redirect logs, 404 error logs and IP address logging are disabled in the Redirection plugin. These settings do not determine how the hosting provider retains technical data.

6. Requests concerning your data

You can write to sattva.naturaayurveda@gmail.com to ask what information from your enquiry is being processed, correct it or request the deletion of your enquiry and related correspondence.

The doctor reviews these requests personally. To protect your data, he may ask you to confirm that the request concerns you, for example by writing from the email address used in your original enquiry.

If certain information cannot be deleted because of applicable retention obligations, you will be informed of the reason. A request to delete a website enquiry does not automatically delete any medical records created separately.

7. Changes to this policy

We update this page when the way enquiries are processed or the connected services change. If you have questions about this policy, please contact us at the email address provided above.
